Immunophenotyping by Flow Cytometry Leukemia Diagnostic Panel CLLHCLSLL Basic Test
Introduction
The Immunophenotyping by Flow Cytometry Leukemia Diagnostic Panel CLLHCLSLL Basic Test is an advanced diagnostic procedure that plays a pivotal role in the identification and classification of leukemia. This test utilizes flow cytometry, a powerful technology that allows for the detailed analysis of individual cells within a sample, providing critical insights into the cellular makeup of blood and bone marrow.
What the Test Measures
This test measures the expression of specific cell surface markers on hematopoietic cells, which helps in distinguishing between different types of leukemias, including Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) and other leukemic conditions. By identifying these markers, healthcare professionals can accurately diagnose the type of leukemia present and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
Who Should Consider This Test
