Sample Collection Details
Sample Type: 10 mL (7 mL min.) Amniotic fluid in a sterile screw-capped container. Ship at 18-22°C. DO NOT FREEZE. Sample collection should occur after 15 weeks of gestation, and a duly filled Prenatal Genetic Testing Consent Form (Form 18) & Chromosome & FISH analysis Requisition Form (Form 17) is mandatory.
