- Sample Type: 3 mL (2 mL min.) serum from 1 SST AND 3 mL (2 mL min.) whole blood from 1 Lavender Top (EDTA) tube AND submit Oropharyngeal and Nasopharyngeal Swabs/ET secretions/BAL/Sputum inoculated in special viral transport medium (VTM) available from LPL. Ship refrigerated in a special transport box available from LPL. DO NOT FREEZE.
- Pre-test Instructions: Duly filled Covid-19 Clinical Information Form (Form 44) / SRF ID as mandated by GOI is mandatory.
