Sample Type: 3 mL (2 mL min.) whole blood in 1 Lavender Top (EDTA) tube, 2 mL (1 mL min.) plasma from 1 Grey Top (Sodium Fluoride) tube, 3 mL (1.5 mL min.) serum from 1 SST, and 10 mL (5 mL min.) aliquot of random urine. Ship refrigerated. DO NOT FREEZE.
